Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support accounting operations through document filing, statement reconciliation, and software program utilization.
- Prepare checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
- Work with Government Grants.
- Business marketing and finding customers.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting business activities and prospect.
- Preparing quotation for project and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance of company accounting policies with regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and current general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts receivables.
- Generate month-end and year-end closing entries.
- Update and manage Cashflow.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Summarize accounting activity in reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries.
- Compile financial data for internal audits to assess controls.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits.
Payroll
- Process payments for external labor contractors.
- Process Payroll Tax.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role.
- We seek someone reliable, who can commit to work with us for at least 2-3 years. Past History of continue employment and reliability will highly require.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
